Initial 75 minute session - The process of healing is a journey and is never-ending. I believe that as we heal the multiple layers of our physical, mental and emotional body, we become more attuned to our spirit, our soul and our purpose here in this world.
During a healing session with me you can expect elements of coaching, energetic healing, bodywork and crystal therapy. There may be a guided visualisation process to help heal old wounds and to let go of energy that no longer serves you. We work together to remove blockages in the body so you can move forward and feel more whole in who you are.
