I believe yoga is a transformational practice that encourages the union of our mind, our bodies and our spirit. It gifts us the ability to question, discover and create in all aspect of our lives as we become more open to what wonders the universe holds. I have been practicing different styles of yoga for over 18 years and sharing my love of this practice since 2009.
I am a Certified Forrest Yoga Instructor and I have the privilege of being in continuous training & development with Ana Forrest and her Guardians (Forrest Yoga Mentorship with Sandra Robinson 2017, Advanced Teacher Training 2013 & Foundation Teacher Training 2014). I have also completed trainings with Yogacampus UK & The British Wheel of Yoga (2009), Baron Baptiste (Level 1 & Level 2 TT 2009), Shiva Rea (Chakra Vinyasa & Elements of Flow 2010) & most recently completed my 100hr Yin Yoga training with Mel McLaughlin of The Yin Space (June 2016) .

Yin Yoga Yin Yoga encompasses the beauty of longer holds and an invitation to dive into the quieter sides of ourselves. It challenges us when we have busy minds and yet allows us to sink more into our physical fascial lines. It is a deeply transformative practice that allows us to embody our yin side after a yang day.
