This is not just a series of classes or circles. It’s a gentle but powerfully guided journey home to yourself to strengthen your quality of presence in life and in your relationships. This is not only self-care… but self-connection and a lovingly supportive transformation. It’s a way of taking the big questions of your life and working with them to transform and discover the answers inside you.
This is an invitation to connect within, to get to know yourself deeply, to spend time with you, quest what sovereignty means to you and embrace your inner sovereignty as part of your everyday experiences.
When we come together as a group, there is a powerful portal that awakens individually and collectively. The support and space a group provides is so special and gifts us the courage to expand, to grow and to share our experiences thereby giving ourselves the gift of lightning our load in life. We learn from each-other, we listen, we share, we connect, we laugh, we experience joy and we acknowledge the challenges… all of which allows us to become more sovereign.

Aoife’s continuing journey to her Sovereign Self
Where it all began…
I was introduced to rituals, ceremony and pausing to honour the sacred places in our land by my Mam and her friends. I was in my late teens when I first was invited to join them on days of the year that felt important. Full Moons, New Moons or sacred festivals such as Samhain, if I was in Monaghan and there was a something happening, an invitation was extended.
It taught me the importance of our connection with the land and how we honour the places of old. It taught me about connection and the value in being seen and heard by other women and how speaking our wishes and worries somehow brought clarity and a lighter way to walk forward.
It taught me about presence, celebration and acknowledging our ancestors with gratitude and by keeping ceremony within our everyday lives it gives others permission to do the same.
In creating Your Sovereign Self, it gave a name to ceremony that was already there in me & came from my experiences. As years went on I fell away from it & it was only in returning to Ireland in 2015 that it came back into my life in a stronger, more meaningful & grounded way. In moving to Sligo and in living at the foot of Queen Maeve’s mountain, Knocknarea in 2018 something opened up in my system that had been asleep for a long time. The re-awakening opened a portal to a world that has shaped and grown in so many new and wondrous ways that I am now called to share this mystical magical journey with others. It is a culmination of my learnings from my own teachers and from my greatest teacher, the land of my birth and where I now call home - Eiriu (Ireland).
This ceremony sustains us. It gifts us a connection back to who we are when all the masks are pulled back. It brings us back to our roots. It allows us to dream with the stars & the moons. It gifts us releasing the old in ease. It asks us to open to the new with lightness & grace. It invites to walk in beauty through each day even when it feels as though it’s the last thing we want to do. It pulls us back, from the expectations of the outside world & reconnects us to our inner sanctuary, our heart. Most of all it regenerates us, it reignites our passions & creativities & gives us tools to know we can move forward in life even in the darkest of times.
This ceremony is the gift that keeps on giving. It’s up to us to open up & receive all it offers because we are worthy to have deeper connections and space to reset ourselves.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t make all the live sessions?
You don’t have to attend every session. For your own benefit, I encourage you to attend the in-person circles and the first hour of the online calls so you are a part of the sharing. If you miss a month, that’s okay, part of the calls will be recorded and available to you post the connection.
What if I can’t commit to a 9 month journey right now?
If 9 months feels like a lot to commit to, there is the invitation to connect with the in-person gatherings for a nominal fee. Should your circumstances change and you want to join for the full programme, you are welcome to begin again at these gateway meet-ups - Samhain, Winter Solstice, Imbolc or the Spring Equinox.
I am committed to 9 months. How do I sign up?

You will have access to the course content for the duration of the 9 months and for up to a year post the course completing.
Can I do Your Sovereign Self if I live in another country or county?
Yes, YSS can be taken as a fully online journey. Please let me know your preferred option when confirming your place.
There is a lot of different aspects to the course. Should I be completing all of what it on offer?
You complete as many or as little of the tools as you like. The resources are there to assist and help you on the journey. The parts I recommend you do is the live gathering / recording and the worksheet for the month. After this, the yoga session, nidras, meditations and playlists are all optional.
